I do realise I’m very late with this. It’s like November already. –_-
I was a little bogged down by work, so I couldn’t spend time writing this damn thing. Also, having Red Alert 3 around does not help, especially with my short attention span.
At first, I wanted to do a comic/manga style story, but Fariz muttered something about it not being a “Figurative Story”, so I went back to Word and typed out the whole story. You can however read the 2 pages of the comic I made before I gave up, if you like.
Oh, and feel free to criticise. It is a rushed story, considering I’m writing it in the wee hours of the morning.
Happy reading!
And now, the real story. Written in 3rd-person, of course.
Figurative Story Starts Here
Fariz wheezed as he came to a stop, bending down to catch his breath. His body wasn’t built for such punishment. Maybe he should have taken that gym class back then.
He looked up. There she was, simply standing there as if she had been there the entire time, instead of dragging Fariz to that very spot. She wasn’t even breaking a sweat! What was this girl made of anyway?
Then again, Fariz thought, she was nimble, and they hadn’t been moving that quickly anyway.
“You alright?” Saika asked.
Fariz simply nodded, still attempting to recover his breath. Looking up, he noticed Saika had brought along her blade. A weapon? Here, in the park?
Huh.
“Are you sure? You-,“ Saika started, when suddenly a figure landed next to her, clad in a yellow outfit.
“Yo.”
“Hey Haruka! You’re a little early,” greeted Saika.
“You know me,” grinned Haruka. She then focused on the only male there, scrutinising him with her eyes. She smiled again, her mouth emitting a single “Hmm.”
Fariz raised an eyebrow. “What?”
“Nothing! Let’s go, Saika!” yelled Haruka as she took off towards the trees and disappeared among them.
That girl’s like a ninja, thought Fariz, as Saika began to run after her.
“I’ll be back soon! Just stay put!” she shouted, leaving a stunned Fariz alone in the park.
After coming to his senses, Fariz decided to take a little nap.
Upon waking up, though, he was greeted by a very strange sight.
“Uhh…?” He mumbled, still a little drowsy. The girl had a companion with her.
“EEEEEEHHH?! ECCHI!” screeched both the girls, who appeared to be nekomimi, before dashing off, giggling as they went.
Fariz was now alone again, so he stood up to stretch his legs and explore a bit. One of the girls seemed to be a ninja, he thought.
He came across a blond girl, sitting on a rock while eating taiyaki. She appeared to be absorbed in them.
“Um, hey there. I’m lost, could you help me?” Fariz tried.
No reply.
“Hello?”
Still nothing. The girl began munching on another taiyaki, oblivious to his presence.
Fariz shrugged and walked away. He might as well be expecting a reply from a brick wall if he kept at it. Suddenly, he heard his name being called.
Turning, he saw Saika, walking towards him. “There you are. I’ve been looking all over for you. I thought I told you to stay there,” she said.
“Eh heh. Sorry about that,” muttered Fariz. “Where have you been?”
“…somewhere.”
“Gee, that’s real helpful. Whatever, let’s get out of here,” said Fariz
“After you.”
…
(Yes, it’s the end. Stop reading.)

a comic/manga style story sounds better alright. but i guess will be harder to express as compared to using figmas, easier to pose.
btw can u enable cookies for your blog so that i don’t have to key in my details every time i post.
I understand Asuka’s point of text over manga style, but the manga seemed more interesting
Love the way you shot Saika. Makes her look life-sized.
