After months of waiting, Piapro was kind enough to show some preview pictures of the upcoming Good Smile Company (GSC) Nendoroid Kaito from the VOCALOID series.. Nendo Kaito, slated for release next month (February), was adored by most people as being the eldest among the Vocaloid group (If you don’t count Gackpoid)..
Well, Piapro got to see the Nendo himself, including the parts.. The Nendo Kaito comes with his trademark blue scarf.. I guess that can be fitted on most Nendoroids too, perhaps even on most figmas.. ^^ What I do notice is that Kaito’s outfit is slightly shiny.. This is better than the Nendo Miku and Kagamine Twins as theirs wasn’t..
Well, don’t forget his favourite accessory, his blue ice-cream just like Hatsune Miku’s Leek/Negi.. He comes with a standard smiling face and also in the set are his “Supa-Happy” face..
And of course the exclusive GAR face which the other Nendo Vocaloids lack.. Seriously, Kaito is indeed GAR.. The eyes are simply detailed..

Hey, as I recall, the GAR face kinda look familiar.. After a few minutes of thinking, I finally found out the original source of the image.. This is the one.. ^^
The picture was made as part of a collaboration by some music composers to create the song “「卑怯戦隊うろたんだー」をKAITO,MEIKO,初音ミクにry【オリジナル】修正版”.. Yup, this song was so good, that it did took TOP spot in some of the weeks in Vocaloid Weekly.. Well, nowadays it still makes a good comeback too..

Thats all I have about GSC Nendo Kaito I guess.. If there are anymore info about him, I would let you know.. I kinda feel bad that I didn’t preorder him because I and Fuzzy isnt a Kaito fan.. Miku will be so unhappy with me.. =_=;;

A mecha-related song?! So fitting for someone like him!
I have 3 of these on order haha. 1 for me, 2 for friends. The GAR face is what sold this. I’m buying it just ‘cuz I’m a Kaito cosplayer anyways.
I hope I can get him on a rerelease, he’s just too cute! I just got Rin and Len a few weeks ago, and I want to complete the family =)

Well, Nendo Kaito looks nice indeed.. However, no one in my family is a fan of him so buying him is a no-no.. Besides, I need to save up on Limit Gunz.. =3
