After a 1 day rest at home to recharge my energy for the ice-skating outing which happened just now, it is time for me to get back on my feet to do some music review.. It has been quite awhile since I listened to Toradora new OP and ED since its debut just a few weeks ago and I wanted to do a short review on them..
Toradora is my current Slice of Life anime which I am watching and the show is still quite humorous even after the episodes is now going to a more serious love matter.. I am still happy to see Taiga bullying Takasu Ryūji and Kawashima Ami… Now let us move on to the OP and ED section of the show, “Silky Heart” for the OP and “Orange” for the ED.. ^^

When I first listened to the OP 2, I was instantly mesmerized by the nice and cool song being sung by Yui Horie.. Her voice really makes the song feel quite energetic and it could really cheer you up if you are feeling down.. I do love the chorus of the OP, it is catchy and lovely indeed..
Now let us watch the video itself:
The video of the OP is quite substandard for me.. I mean the beginning of the OP is quite alright but in-between the video, it doesn’t bring out that interesting vibe that Toradora! always offered.. I guess they are just showing the serious side of the show unlike the first OP where is was quite lively than this..
Now, let us move on to the PV of the OP.. Yup, for such a long time I couldnt find the PV of the OP (due to some lousy searching..).. Before I go on about the PV, let us watch the video now then..
The PV:
The video is quite amazing but one thing I find lacking is the dance moves.. They are quite generic IMO though.. Apart from that, I do love their dance synchonization with the song, very wonderful indeed..
Now, after talking about the 2nd OP of the show, let us move on to the 2nd ED of the show..

I find this song quite soothing and quite cute in a sense.. The tune mixed well with the beat of the drum, I simply love it when I listened to it.. The song starts out slow and gradually pick up speed.. The rock tune will surely tempt you to listen to the whole song..
Let us watch the ED of the show then:
Judging by the song itself, I imagined the video of the ED to be quite nice to listen to.. Well, after watching it, my guess is quite right indeed.. Although the video shows Takasu Ryūji cooking an Orange Cake, the picture of him doing so is quite simple yet eye-catching.. I also love the art in the video itself, especially the last part, simply lovely..
Unfortunately, I couldnt find any PV for the ED itself though I do have the songs for you all to listen to.. =3
Well, thats all I have for this music review of Toradora!’s 2nd OP and ED.. I hope you enjoyed watching the videos, including the PV of “Silky Heart”.. It is quite a pity that I didnt manage to find the PV video of the ED, “Orange”…

After the great first OP + ED the new OP/ED could only lose.Its not like they are bad but i liked the catchyness of the first ones better.Ive gotta say that im no fan of jpop tough

I like the first and second OP and ED. Yui Horie have a sweet voice and she always have that energize side of her that make most of her song feel good.
