Recently, there are some videos released on NicoNicoDouga that are made using the MikuMikuDance program.. Well, they are made for the MikuMikuDanceCup (MMDC) which is now having an ongoing voting progress to see which video will claim top spot in the MMDC.. Well, before we start on the Cup, let us get to know about this MikuMikuDance (MMD) program..
MikuMikuDance is a 3D program filled with 3D lookalike of Official and non-official Vocaloid characters like Hatsune Miku, Akita Neru, Megurine Luka, etc.. You can create dance moves for any of the characters by crontolling their skeletons.. Its quite fun actually..

Now back to main topic.. Well, I just watched the MMD videos which made it to the top 100 spots in the MMDC and I pretty much like them.. Some of them are quite amazing too, even better than some normal Vocaloid 3DPVs that appear on the net.. Well, the contest result will be held at 24th February but there is already a video showcasing which 100 MMD video are the top picks by viewers..

This video looks quite simple but I do like the animator putting all the characters in this video itself.. Apart from that, video seems ok..
4th Place – 【第2回MMD杯本選】オリジナル曲「Let’s Dance Now !」【初音ミク】
When I saw this video, I was amazed at how well-made the animation was.. The animator really puts effort into the little details such as the fingers strumming the correct note on the guitar.. Although I prefer more scenes in this video, I still love it… xD
3rd Place – 【第2回MMD杯本選】TOXIC PV feat. Haku Yowane ( NSFW!! )
The video is seriously NSFW… However I do like how well Yowane Haku dances well with her Britney counterpart.. Well, everything follows as the original video.. No one dared to upload this video on Youtube except for one due to its NSFW..

I love the animation of this video.. The music is quite catchy but its pitch somewhat annoys me..
1st Place – 【第2回MMD杯本選】ゲキド･オブ･ハツネ
The best MMD video I’ve seen so far, even the fans love it as well.. I initially thought this was just a random video but after watching it I instantly got hooked to it.. The animation is so well-made that it is almost like a mini-anime itself.. The techno music is quite nice to listen to.. Its catchy tune makes the whole show quite interesting and it actually synchronize well with the animation.. I really enjoyed watching it.. =3

That number 1 and 2 are my favourite too, along with the Meltdown Short PV and the Winter Story.
Actually I uploaded that number 3 when it was out, but youtube took it down… lol damn copyright issues… <_<
My favourites are #5 coz it has the Cirno Baka song and #1 for obvious reasons.
I have to admit that #3 was rather entetaining too though XD
Oh and also just wondering, how come you can embed NicoNico video? I also want to know how T_T
