This week, 2 Hatsune Miku songs caught my attention after I browsed through NicoNicoDouga (NND) for some song-searching.. Although they aren’t the usual slow and sentimental songs that Hatsune Miku always sing, these songs are still wonderful to listen to.. More on them after the skip..
The songs in this week’s post are “Logic Designer” and “Try for Keeps”.. For once, both videos in my music review are uses 3D animation.. Well, one is really a pure 3D animation while the other is from the program called MikuMikuDance.. Without further ado, lets talk about our first song,
For this song, we have Miku singing a very cool Trance song.. In this video, Miku is tired by her ‘master’ who is not good in mixing and adjusting the Vocaloid program containing Miku.. An unknown ‘stranger’ suggest her to do it on her own, becoming her own Logic Designer.. However, it is not as simple as what Miku initially thought as she faced alot of challenges when she tried to do it on her own..

Looking at the animation, I can tell that the 3D modeler is none other than “mintiack” who made the “初音ミクからの応援ソング ★ UNSTUCK MIND 【簡易PV付】”.. Well, the song is pretty interesting I might say.. I fing the tune of the song quite catchy too, especially at the beginning of the song and the the chorus of the song..
Now, we move on to our 2nd song,
I do love the song played in this video but I find the animation quite mediocre.. Well, I am not really sure of what the story is about, but what I can tell on Hatsune Miku’s expression, it doesn’t feel like a happy one.. Well, Im not really sure since in some scene, Miku looks pretty Yandere to me.. =3 Well, enjoy watching the video..
This song is made by a group called S-Tribe.net, which you saw in the beginning part of the video.. I do love the chorus of the song because it catches your attention with Miku’s fast singing.. xD
The song is also catchy and the tune is very nice to listen to.. Not only that, I also love the simple yet wonderful effects they added to the video, making it very interesting.. I do wonder why they used the papercraft Miku instead of the standard Miku ver.2 in MikuMikuDance.. =3

Loved Logic Designer, good song. Try for Keeps was alright but not quite as catchy.

“Try for keeps” is so impressive to me. If full of the 90′s age memories with TK temple, which is the modern music king in 90′s JAPAN. After listened this song, whole memories from 90′s came back to me, amazing!
