Once again Sega impressed us by showcasing the CM and the Game OP of one of their upcoming game, Hatsune Miku’s “Project DIVA”.. Well, everyone who wanted the game so badly were waiting for Sega to release firstly, the CM, featuring some of the things that were showcased during the “39 Secrets of Project DIVA” event held last March..
Before we begin talking about the CM or the game OP, I would like to say that Sega has once again updated the Project DIVA main site with more wonderful news which some of you might have missed..
One of them is the clearer picture of Hatsune Miku special outfit, the “Space Channel 5″ outfit.. “Space Channel 5″ is one of Sega’s old games during the Sega DreamCast Era.. For more info about that game, click here..
The other is the picture of the Nendo Petite Hatsune Miku, an exclusive figurine only for the pre-orders.. Back then, Mikatan’s Blog was the only one that displayed the Miku..

Project DIVA’s CM:
Now, let us move on to Project DIVA’s CM, it is filled with a new song + the ability to add in your own music and create your own Project DIVA’s special music video, catering to your unique taste.. In this section, you are able to select which of the “4 Shapes” buttons you wish to go along with the song..
Then you can select the position of the shapes in a special grid map and then you can select the direction in which the shape will travel from.. I find this pretty nice indeed.. ^^
You can even select what costume and which stage you wished to put into one of the songs you uploaded into the game, making it a very unique music video..
Project DIVA’s OP:
Turning to the Project DIVA’s OP (Shot Ver.), Sega has finally uploaded the video on NicoNicoDouga (Sadly, cant be found on Youtube).. I am pretty impressed at how well the OP is made.. Although it looks quite simple for an OP, I did enjoy watching it..
Seriously, I didnt expect Sega to make Miku sing out in Sega’s splashscreen.. It was kinda Epic when they really do it and showed it in the OP.. xD

I hope these, among others will really tempt you to pre-order the game.. I will pre-order the game as well, just like Kevinay did.. This would be another reason for me to borrow my brother’s PSP.. xD

Apart from the rather random seeming Hachunes, from your screenshots I have to say I think Sega did an amazing job for their 3D model of Miku.
That last screenshot, the one of her putting her finger to her mouth; just rekindled my love for 01.
At least with the song creation function, this game will constantly have song updates, right?
