Yes, you heard it right.. There would be another cosplay event held this month, this time it is located at the Singapore Polytechnic (SP).. The event is called “The Japan Craze 2009″, organised by the SP Student Exchange Club.. It will part of a promotional event for their main event called Cultura 2009. Its is themed to fit one of the four cultures Cultura 2009 is promoting, Japan…
The event will be held at the SP FoodCourt 5 Foyer (which is just beside the airconditioned FC5, with KFC n Subway).. According to the thread about the event, there will be Japanese-themed booths, a cosplay event and a band performance by Rusty Figures covering popular Japanese songs from “X-Japan”.. The event is held on 29th April 2009, on a Wednesday from 11am to 4pm..
Now, to those who don’t know where FoodCourt 5 is (it is really located deep inside SP), I provide you the map of the location [Display as a red dot] and the direction to take there.. Here you go:
I dont expect quite a number of people to turn up for this event IMO since it is held on a weekday, much less on a schoolday.. Well, I will still be heading down there since SP is located quite near from where I live.. I hope the event will be a success and I hope to see anyone who is going for the event there.. ^^
