Just recently, an advertisement of the “The Vocaloid CV03 Megurine Luka” supplemental issue of DTM Magazine has revealed that the next singer who will lend her voice to the massive Vocaloid vocal song synthesizer will be none other than Megumi Nakajima.. For those who know her (which most people do due to a famous anime), Megumi Nakajima is the seiyuu for the character Ranka in Macross Frontier.
It has been quite awhile since SSW Internet software company has made such announcement since their first Vocaloid character, Gackpoid, last year.. Gackpoid uses the voice of the musician/actor, Gackt himself…
For those who dont know about the creator of Gackpoid, SSW’s Internet software company developed a separate line of Vocaloid software from the more famous Character Vocal Series from Crypton Future Media, who recently released their latest character voice synthesizer, Megurine Luka on January 30th..
I am quite happy with this news since I would like the Vocaloid group to grow bigger (apart from the non-official ones; Akita Neru, Yowane Haku, etc..).. Well, there isn’t any designs of her yet or even the name of the character itself..
Moetron did found someone who made a Vocaloid example on how Megumi Nakajima’s character’s voice will sound like… Enjoy~
