Love is War (恋は戦争) was my favourite when I first started out as a VOCALOID fan.
Even now, in the sea of VOCALOID music (which continues to grow each month), I still loop it in my MP3 player. IMO it still sounds so awesome. Here’s a PV to jog your memory:
Anyway, (and yes, you can consider this “late” news) apparently there was a album released at the not-so-recent Comiket 76. It’s called “EAGER LOVE REVENGE”, and it contains 9 remixes of Love Is War, and by golly do they sound awesome too. Well, not equally awesome, but you get the idea.
You can listen to a preview crossfade track over at the official page, and there used to be a Nico Nico Douga video for it as well…though it appears to have been deleted. I’ve embedded the player here for your convenience, though I’ll have to remove it if I get an e-mail or something:

I’m torn between ryo’s 1M MIX and ゆうゆ’s R184mm remix as my favourite song in the album. You can identify kz’s remix almost immediately in the crossfade preview track, considering he (kz is male, right?) maintains his usual “trippy techno” style, while somehow maintaining the nostalgia of the original. Thumbs up for you, man.
Even though C76 has passed, I still want to get the album. Apparently the only way so far is via a certain auction, but I’m open to other options. *cough* *cough* *nudge* *nudge*

This is the official art piece for the album, inspired by the embedded PV above, by the way. It was distributed with the album, and it comes with a Rin version of the art piece, which unfortunately isn’t also available on Pixiv. =(
So, anyone out there know how I can order this, apart from bidding at the linked auction, or travelling back in time before C76? :3
