I won’t go into specifics, so let’s celebrate this single second of what I’d like to call the “Cirno Minute”.
Confused? Read on.
Cirno, if you don’t already know, is a character from the series of doujin games released under the Touhou Project. To be specific, she was released in the 6th game, Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.
She’s well-known for being an idiot, and even the creator, ZUN, confirms this in a layout screenshot for the manual of the ninth game, Phantasmagoria of Flower View:
Cirno’s marked as a moron, and it’s due to this screenshot that she’s associated with the word “Nine-ball”, or simply “⑨”.
And this is where this post comes in. According to Japan’s timezone (JST), it’s ⑨:0⑨ AM on Cirno Day, ⑨ September 200⑨ (0⑨/0⑨/0⑨), at least, according to this server’s time. It’s the Cirno Minute.

What’s your favorite Touhou game?
I haven’t actually played any of the games except for the most recent one (Undefined Fantastic Object), so I can’t give you an unbiased answer.
However, I do prefer the STG games over the fighting ones.
