Yes, because of this year’s Anime Festival Asia (AFA) 2009 held in Singapore having a live performance by the World’s Virtual DIVA; Hatsune Miku, they decided on this wonderful giveaway.. Yes, you heard me right, a simple but truly amazing giveaway to a Hatsune Miku fan..
She made her debut performance at Animelo Summer Live 2009. To commemorate Hatsune Miku’s 2nd birthday, a “Hatsune Miku” live event was planned on 31st August 2009 for the very first time, titled “Hatsune Miku 2nd Anniversary”, with the live venue filled, and snippets of the live streamed onto the Internet via NicoNicoDouga.

I imagine that you need to live in the general area/going to AFA?
Or you can fly over. Singapore is a small country. Once you get here, there’s no place within our borders that you cannot reach on foot. lol
