Before I start though, I’d like to thank, uh, Anon, for posting a comment on my previous post with the information. Unfortunately, Akismet thought it was spam, and dumped it into my e-mail for moderation. Sorry!
Anyway, yeah. From what I can gather, it seems the collaboration will occur on the 13th of November. Incidentally, that’s tomorrow. Go figure.
For those of you (including me) who have no idea what the Weekly Toro Station is, I recommend you start your spelunking here. To put it simply, though, it’s a mini-game that includes a weekly-updated “news” show brought to you by Toro and Kuro, Sony’s “mascot cats”.
If you’re curious, the characters, or at least those I can actually make out, are 人喰いの大_トリコ 初音ミクとコラボしてみた, which (minus the missing character), translates roughly to “Eating large Toriko, I collaborated with Hatsune Miku” (according to Google Translate). Last Guardian fans, you might want to take a look at tomorrow’s news too. Thanks for helping to OCR the characters, Anon!

The kanji is 鷲 and body did it take me ages to find. It means “eagle” but I dunno how that fits into context… “The big eagle for human consumption”?

After reading this, I have a feeling revoltech should be making miku hatsune soon.
I’m surprised you’ve never heard about this “Mini-game” as you call it… It was named “Mainichi Issho” last time, but got changed into “Weekly Toro Station”. The Prequel did also contain some Miku releated stuff, when the game “Project Diva” were going to be released. Free items, posters, bla bla. I guess this is just how Miku is coming into the Playstation family, since she has appeared a lot lately… First, like i mentioned, Mainichi Issho, then Playstation Home, and now this new show… Heck, it’s getting pretty hectic now.
And the text in that spech bubble says “‘s second book is coming!” (I guess the ‘s belongs to “Miku’s”

The goodies are a poster advertising Hatsune Miku Project DIVA and a new gachapon machine in the arcade with different Vocaloid figurines to collect, including the Alicia/Valkyria Chronicles costume [1], [2]. It makes sense from the amount of VC goodies already in Toro Station and Sega developing PJD and VC. Unfortunately I don’t know how to use the gachpon machines yet.
The news bulletin ends in a dance, there are improved costumes and dance animations for Toro and Kuro compared to last time.
Thinking about it the date mentioned is probably a deadline or winners announcement date for the competition/collaboration for new content for PJD Arcade.
