From what I can read byinferring the meaning of the words based on their resemblance to chinese words, this is probably about their progress in designing a Miku-whatever.

Words right below Pink Hatsune Miku words: Research Facility
Words headline in the middle: Blah blah blah, currently in testing?!? (blah blah looks like mars talk to me. Heh)
Bottom right insert: Designing Currently in Progress

There is no accuracy in any of this and its probably just based on my knack of relating unrelated lexicons together.
