To celebrate the end of the month, I would like to commemorate this “UN-special” occasion by doing a review on a Hatsune Miku song, this time it is composed by “Hachi” and animation is done by “Task Utsushita”.. The song is titled “Clock Lock Works” and it is quite an exciting song to listen to and I know you will love it so much.. The song garnered quite alot of views at NicoNicoDouga in just a short while; About 38k views in just 2 days since it’s release..

Now, let us talk about the music first.. If you listen to the song itself, it feels as if you are in a carnival, as depicted in the music video during the Chorus part.. The music starts off in a very happy tune and it speeds up abit when the singing starts.. Not only that, the melody itself can most probably cheer you up when your are feeling down..
Regarding the animation of the music video, I say that the video is simply wonderful and truly artistic in some cases.. I love the scene in which Hatsune Miku strumming her guitar with the merry-go-round and the ferris wheel as the backdrop (The ferris wheel turns during the 3rd chorus).. I love the way the animator made the video, very sad and emotional indeed.. =3
Oh yeah, if you notice carefully, Hatsune Miku does look like Maka from Soul Eater in the music video.. I was reminded of her when I watched this music video for the first time lol.. Other than that, I simply love the “playing-guitar” scene.. Truly spectacular..
