Picture not much relation to the topic but Shoko-tan is <3

While browsing the net, I chanced upon this post talking about a new super hero series.. The live action show titled “Go Sukashi!”.. Apparently, the series’ hero Sukashi Kashipanman, was actually created by the seiyuu and cosplayer Shoko Nakagawa in 2007 by combining her interest in sand dollars (sukashikashipan) and sweet buns (kashi pan).

The show is made by the creator of Earthworm Jim, Doug TenNapel which you will see him giving the seal of approval. Now that is something worth watching the series no? Well, Sukashi Kashipanman has spawned a Japanese cellphone anime series, a manga, and a Nintendo DS game, thanks to Shokotan herself. Thats already amazing for something which started quite small (an illustration only).. I would now like to present to you the 1st Episode of the show itself.. Enjoy~

“Go Sukashi!” – 1st Episode:

I find the first episode abit funny at times, especially during the fighting scene.. I lol-ed at the 2 different perspective of the battle; One by the hero, showing his GARness while fighting the enemy and the other from his friend, looking at Sukashi waving around like a madman and a wussy fighting the air..

I must applaud on their effort on the special effects, truly amazing, maybe even better than Power Rangers lolz.. Its also good to see Shokotan becoming the narrator of the show itself (Maybe only for 1st episode?).. I hope to see more of the series itself for it’s epic lolz..

Before I end this post, I would like to post a song sung by Shokotan, titled “Namida no Tane, Egao no Hana” from the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Movie 2..
