Sega has recently announced on their official website for Hatsune Miku that she will be hold her first solo concert on March 9 2010.. Another great concert to attend for Hatsune Miku fans since MikuFES and Animelo..

The concert is titled “Miku no Nichi Kanshasai 39’s Giving Day”. It is on 3/9 because when you pronounce 39 in Japanese, it means “Thank You” in English. According to jtnishi on ANN, 39 also can be pronounced as “Miku”. The idol has already performed “live” for the first time back in August at the Animelo Summer Live 2009 Re:bridge concert..

That concert used a screen installed at the back of the stage to project Hatsune several stories tall before a standing-room-only crowd of 25,000. She also performed in Singapore during the Anime Festival Asia 2009 event last month (though I don’t count it as a success =3 ) with the same method used..

Then there is the MikuFES held on the 31st August 09 at Shin-Kiba(新木場), Koto, to celebrate Hatsune Miku’s birthday.. MikuFES uses a unique “hologram” projection system to simulate Miku in 3D.. It was quite an impressive feat when I watched the concert LIVE back then.. Fuzzy did talked about it before.. XD
