First off, happy Chinese New Year to all you readers (especially the Chinese) out there! Gong xi fa cai! I do know that some Chinese Singaporeans have already had their reunion dinner a few hours before this post. To those of you that haven’t though, hope you have a good one! Don’t get too drunk though.

Second of all, happy Valentine’s Day! Here’s hoping you go the extra mile to treat your loved one really well (and get him/her some well-deserved chocolate)!
…actually, to be honest, this is a crappy holiday combination. I mean, Valentine’s Day on Chinese New Year’s? Stores will be closed (unless they’re desperate enough to try and earn some V’day dough), streets will be (more) vacant. You probably won’t have a chance to celebrate it if you’re Chinese, even.
And yeah, it was partly the reason Doraemon fans couldn’t get their hands on the Pig Doraemon Lucky Charm from McDonald’s (and ended up importing the Happy Meal toy from Hong Kong), though I suspect it was probably because of some fail marketing. But enough about the negative stuff! >w<
Thirdly, we’ve finally gotten over 500 thousand hits on KK! Well, technically, the counter includes Fariz’s old blog, but it’s pretty much the best counter we have, since we didn’t use any other counter on (and before) the day we merged.
