So I Got My First Miku Shirt

A friend got me this Miku T-shirt after returning from a visit to America. He got it for me while attending this year’s Anime Boston.

And for that he deserves the following:

Apologies for the blurry header photo; it was the best I could manage with shaky hands and poor lighting.

Anyway, according to its sleeve, the shirt is actually a J-List shirt, though it’s actually no longer listed. I’ve also yet to see anyone (in SG) wear this shirt, too.

You might reason that it’s because the shirt’s too old or even ancient. You call it that, but I like to refer to it as lost in time. I now have in my possession a piece of Miku’s history which was protected from wear and tear in some piece of plastic in some corner of Anime Boston 2010. Which my friend happened to see and buy.

That said, I really would like to wear it (hell I’d wear it to work), but I can’t since apparently L is too large a size for me. Guess I’ll either have to trim it at a tailor, or probably preserve it even more in my wardrobe (AKA rot).

Aforementioned friend also got me this:

Before you ask “How did he get so lucky as to pick the hidden figure?”, it was already open when he bought it. So, this makes…13 Nendoroid Petites? =P

Well, I can actually play with this one, since Fariz refuses to open the other 12 till we get a proper casing. I don’t think I can come up with more epic poses than other figure bloggers have though; I’m not very imaginative when it comes to posable figurines, especially ones this small.

Maybe I’ll bring this to work instead, heh.
