Obligatory Last-Minute Pre-AFAX Post

After days (hours) of trekking (walking) through jungles (of people) and climbing walls (of KKnM’s carton boxes), Nano has found survivors of the human tsunami!

Update: So @Hit_TP tells us that La Tendo will be restocking itself with Day 1 tixxes today at 6.30PM of 10th . Whatever happened to the definition of LIMITED? Also, isn’t supposed to CLOSE SALES TODAY?

Happy “3rd” Birthday Hatsune Miku!!

Today, the 31st of August marks a special occasion for Hatsune Miku fans who celebrate her 3rd Birthday Anniversary.. It is quite a subtle yet happy moment to celebrate her birthday after so many things that happened within just 3 short years.. From a humble beginning of just being known as just a simple Voice Synthesizer program to a “World Renown” Virtual Idol, Hatsune Miku has gone where no other character does..
Right after the bloggers’ party, I was invited to attend the official press conference yesterday, too.

Singapore Street Festival 2010 Coverage

I headed down to Plaza Singapura last weekend to gander at the cosplayers.
I’ve been to both of these events in the last few weekends, and I felt I should write about them before covering Street Fest which occurred only last weekend.
They’re not getting dedicated posts though since they were actually pretty meh, more on that later.
Street Festival is an annual event aimed at promoting local culture among youths, and this year it’s taking place in 4 different locations on different days.
Yup, it’s official: the DVD distribution with the magazines has been delayed for exactly a month.
