Yes, she comes with her own unique accessories, her very own tuna.. Just like Miku’s leeks, Luka can grab hold of the tuna and whack the hell out of anyone with it.. I wonder how does one attach the fish onto her hand?

Well, she is available for pre-order, priced at about 2,800yen which is about SGD$44.. Hobby Search, CD Japan and Otacute are now taking pre-orders as of today.. Don’t wait any longer, get her now!! XD

Tony’s Heroines Works Vol. 5 – Hatsune Miku by Max Factory

Oh snap! Here’s Tony Taka’s take on the most famous VOCALOID, in a 3-dimensional form. It’s certainly a more dynamic pose than the previous scaled iterations.

The 1/7 scaled figure’s based on this illustration Tony did. I’ve no real clue of the actual source, though; I grabbed this off of Safebooru. >_>

There’s no other release or pricing info though. I’m assuming the scale is 1/7, since the past figures in the same series use that scale as well.

Dead Master –animation version- by Good Smile Company

The second 1/8 scaled figure iteration of our scythe-wielding antagonist from the OVA is just around the corner. Probably end of this year. Probably.

It seems that Dead Master has to be suspended from a stick growing out of the back of the larger skull. I’m not sure if I’m comfortable with that; you’ll have to totally rely on the base (or some creatively-placed Blu-Tack) for a good shot.

Nope, no release date or pricing info confirmed for this one, too.

Finally, some (published) wind of the perfect companion for the B★RS figma! Finger-licking good!

Bad pun. I’m sorry.

The bad-ass figure comes with Dead Master’s signature weapon, and a couple of skulls with adjustable mouths. Once again, no release or pricing info.

Megurine Luka figma by Max Factory

Luka fans, your wishes have been granted! Assuming of course you wished for a Luka figma.

Luka outfit appears to be permanently affected by wind. I guess it’s better that way, since otherwise her legs would be trapped stiff.

The figure comes with a golden microphone and a giant tuna. Said tuna also comes with its own hole (for use with the figma stand), for reasons unknown.

Unlike the other figures featured in this post, this figma is scheduled for a September release this year, and is priced at 2,800 JPY. That’s about 44 SGD.

Black★Rock Shooter –original version- by GSC

This is actually just a re-release of the figure. If you’re regretting not buying this (unlikely, especially with the -animation version- around), now’s your chance!

After months of silence, Max Factory has finally revealed the latest Hatsune Miku figurine, the VN02 mix Hatsune Miku.. Designed by the popular illustrator Nagimiso and with the collaboration of Max Factory, they managed to come up with this wonderful 1/8 scale cybernetic Hatsune Miku figurine..

For those who don’t know the source of this wonderful figurine, it started off as an elaborate illustration done originally by Nagimiso for as a character for the VN02 mix of Miku Hatsune’s original song ‘moon’ in the game Hatsune Miku’s Project DIVA.. Some of you might know that playing the songs for over 5 times (IF I can recall) will unlock the VN02 skin which I say looks good on Miku..

Whats different between this and the game’s version is the colour itself.. Originally it follows Hatsune Miku’s original hair colour.. For the figurine however, the colour is luminous green.. I’m not quite disturbed by this change since it does look good on the figurine itself..

The pose itself looks astounding; its as if she is soaring through the air.. XD

Well, this VN02 mix Hatsune Miku is now opened for reservation at Hobby Search.. The figurine will be available next year in June 2010 by Max Factory for a retail price of 12,800 Yen or about SGD$200.. Yes, that is quite an expensive figurine, especially for Hatsune Miku herself.. I won’t be bothered by that since I wanted this for so long.. A must get for everyone~ XD

Here’s something unexpected. The previous issue of Hobby Japan announced that BANDAI and Max Factory will be joining forces to bring you/us yet another Hatsune Miku figure/model, named “超合金初音” (Chōgōkin Hatsune).

While the exact details behind this mysterious product are still…unconfirmed Chōgōkin is a term meaning die-cast, so by the looks of it, we’ll be getting a golden die-cast Miku. Also, a preview render has been released in the latest issue:

Thankfully, the CAD model doesn’t seem to resemble the drawn mockup in the 4koma that was included in the first advertisement. The question still remains though: what is this, really? If it’s just another posable action figure, then it’d make their figma rendition redundant. I can’t say I’m looking forward to a totally golden die-cast Miku though. :/

Just last weekend, the Chara Hobby 2009 event was held at the Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex.. There are some new and upcoming figurines that the some of the companies have made and I would say that they are a Must-Get for some people like the one above for example.. XD
