Well, as news of Migurine Luka’s release on 31st January appears, we get to see so many fan-made pictures of her in so many sites, even her preview songs on Youtube and NicoVideo got so many hits recently.. Apparently, the arrival of Megurine Luka sparks off a chain reaction of some of the old classic songs to be brought back to live in NicoVideo..

Speaking of which, in Vocaloid Weekly #67, we get to see a revival of old VOCALOID songs which most of them were in TOP spot from a few weeks back to a couple of months ago.. Classic songs like 【初音ミク】 サイハテ 【アニメ風PV・オリジナル曲】, 【鏡音レン】悪ノ召使【中世物語風オリジナル】 and even 【初音ミク】夜・逃・げでリセット！改【柊つかさ】 are getting famous again for no reason at all.. But it is good to listen to them after such a long time..

29 – 【KAITO・MEIKO】東ノ暁 西ノ黄昏【オリジナル】: A lovely duet by KAITO and MEIKO, this instrumental song will simply mesmerize you with the sweet music playing together with the song. Although the singing by the both of them are abit funny, the synchronization singing compensates for it.. I also like the outfit they both are wearing.. ^^
25 – 【鏡音レン】悪ノ召使【中世物語風オリジナル】: This old song sung by the Kagamine Twins made a good comeback in the Vocaloid Weekly.. Well, the song is pretty soothing, which will leave you listening to the whole song.. I love the chorus of the song, their voice sound so beautiful together with the song.. This is one song I recommend everyone to listen to..
21 – 【MikuMikuDance】Acousticにしてあげる♪: I instantly fell in love with this song when I first listen to it.. It is actually an acoustic version of the ever famous song “Miku Miku Shite Ageru” which started the Hatsune Miku craze and made her famous.. I like how Miku sang the whole song slowly but lovely with Yowane Haku playing along with the guitar.. Even with MikuMikuDance program, the whole video is wonderful indeed.. xD
20 – ロリコムとタイツォンが初音ミクと××× 「ブレイクアウト！」: Another nice song sung by Hatsune Miku. Made by LOLI.COM, this catchy song has Hatsune Miku singing along with an unknown guy (nice voice though).. The chorus is the one that will entice you to listen to this awesome song.. I also love the pictures used in this song, Hatsune Miku simply looks MOE indeed.. Another recommended song for everyone to listen to..
05 – 【初音ミク】夜・逃・げでリセット！改【柊つかさ】: Another old and classic has made a comeback into the rankings, taking one of the TOP 5 spots in this Vocaloid Weekly.. This is a Hatsune Miku rendition of the famous Lucky Star song.. This song is very nice to listen to and will simply mesmerize you.. Hatsune Miku’s voice in this song sounds very sweet when she is singing the song and there isn’t any mistake with her voice synthesizing like most songs have.. I ROFL-ed at the random Miku animation in the video though they are quite entertaining at times.. xD

Now moving on to the TOP 3 spots in the Vocaloid Weekly #67:

3rd Place – 初音ミクで「Do-Dai」: A great song by Hatsune Miku.. This song is a Hatsune Miku of the famous song “Do Dai” in the X-Box360 exclusive game, iDOLM@STER.. This animation, to my surprise is made with the program called VOCALOIDM@STER, a better version of MikuMikuDance.. However, doing such moves using this program is very difficult to script, according to some forums.. Well, the singing and dancing is wonderful and I recommend everyone to watch it.. ^^
2nd Place – 【鏡音リン】炉心融解【オリジナル】: What can I say more? Music is simply lovely and the animation is awesome.. Nuff said..
1st Place – 【VOCALOID】ニコニコ替え唄メドレー 第３幕: A very nice medley song by the whole cast of VOCALOID, including Gackpoid… The funny part is is that they are not singing the lyrics of the song according to the original songs themselves.. Instead, they are singing using their own lyrics.. Whatever the case, I love the singing indeed.. Some of the songs will you confused but there are songs that are quite funny to listen to.. This song deserves to be in TOP Spot..

As said before, this Vocaloid Weekly have some great old classic songs making a good comeback, even with one song making it to TOP 5 spot which is 【初音ミク】夜・逃・げでリセット！改【柊つかさ】.. The song is simply nice to listen again after a long time out of the ranking.. Well, don’t forget the other nice classics like 【初音ミク】 サイハテ 【アニメ風PV・オリジナル曲】 and 【鏡音レン】悪ノ召使【中世物語風オリジナル】…

Well, I guess I have to start rushing and post my figure review entry ASAP.. There are still > 9000 entries for me to post, just didn’t have enough time to prepare everything.. =_=;; Reason for rushing is that I will be going on a holiday to Kuala Lumpu in Malaysia.. I guess I can take a good break there too.. ^^

So as for now, I will take a look at my current situation and post whatever entries I can do.. Doing a rushed entry isn’t good actually since there isnt any quality in it.. Well, do wait for them then, especially my figure review entry..

So once again, a year has passed and we all got to hear some wonderful songs made by great music composers.. From Hatsune Miku to Kagamine Rin and Len, even KAITO and MEIKO, we get to hear their wonderful voices in each and every song.. You can say that this is the end of 2008 as we move one to 2009 with more great song as ever.. Will love to listen to those and perhaps we can even set a record for the 100th Vocaloid Weekly.. xD

30 – 『初音ミク』虹色蝶々『オリジナル』: This wonderful classical song sung by Hatsune Miku will take your breath away.. The melody of the song is so soothing and the tune is quite catchy, especially the chorus of the song.. I also like the synchronization of the song with the drum beat.. Well, I do love the Hatsune Miku artworks in the video, some of them looks nice indeed..
24 – 【初音ミク】 オリジナル曲：shadow of the temptation 【デジロック】: A great trance song, also sung by Hatsune Miku.. I seriously love the great tune of the song, it is quite catchy and attracts your attention the instant you listen to the song.. The song will mesmerize you with it’s nice remix.. I still dunno why some people dont like this song though, must be the tune of the song.. Oh well, this song is recommended by me for all of you to listen..
18 – 【鏡音リン】Step and Go!【オリジナル11】: A very happy song by Kagamine Rin.. This song is made by “shigunaru”, one of the music composer who made other great songs like 【鏡音リン・鏡音レン】アドレサンス(Adolescence)【サンドリヨン鏡音ver.】 and even 【鏡音リン】Transmit【オリジナル10】.. The music is so soothing and its sweet tune will entice you to listen to the whole song.. The picture of Kagamine Rin do look like Nagi from “Hayate no Gotoku”.. She looks lovely.. xD
13 – 【がくっぽいど】すごいよ！！がくぽさん【＋手書き】: A very weird music video of Gackpoid.. It is taken from an anime OP which I dont know that well.. Although I find the music quite mediocre, the animation is very random indeed.. I find this music video very interesting and quite funny… =3
04 – 【鏡音リン】ケロ⑨destiny: Ah yes, this is another song which caught my attention in this Vocaloid Weekly.. It is actually a Touhou song which got chosen as part of NicoNicoDouga remix songs.. It then got taken to a MikuMikuDouga with Kagamine Rin singing it (for about 30secs of the whole song).. Finally, someone made the whole song using Kagamine Rin..The music is quite catchy and I love Kagamine Rin’s voice although its less lively than the original one.. ^^;;

Now let us move on to the TOP 3 songs in Vocaloid Weekly #66:

3rd Place – 初音ミクオリジナル【　Clover　Life　】: A “Blues” song with the whole VOCALOID cast in it; KAITO on Bass, MEIKO on Drums, Violin by Kagamine Rin, Banjo and Accordion by Kagamine Len and last but not least Hatsune Miku doing the singing.. The song is quite slow but the nice and smooth tune will mesmerize you.. This song is great for those who prefer those relaxing songs instead of those fast paced versions like those above.. ^^
2nd Place – 【VOCALOID】ニコニコ替え唄メドレー 第３幕: Another MikuMikuDouga by the whole cast of VOCALOID with the inclusion of Gackpoid from the Internet series.. Well, their singing to the original songs is sometimes quite funny to listen to but overall I simply love the whole music video indeed.. The simple way which is to showcase the character out when they are singing is quite a good idea; No need so much hard work.. This is another music video worth watching..
1st Place – 【鏡音リン】炉心融解【オリジナル】: Well, I have nothing else to say about this song actually.. The song is great and the animation is simply awesome.. I love how well-made the music video is.. The song is catchy and Kagamine Rin’s voice in this song is lovely.. xD

So in this Vocaloid Weekly, we get to see some great new songs which is simply wonderful to listen to like 【初音ミク】 オリジナル曲：shadow of the temptation 【デジロック】 and perhaps even 【鏡音リン】Step and Go!【オリジナル11】.. Well, there are those which bring back such good memories like 【鏡音リン】ケロ⑨destiny and even 【VOCALOID】ニコニコ替え唄メドレー 第３幕 considering their lyrics isnt the same as the original..

There is one song in the rankings that stumped but amazes me.. The music video 【がくっぽいど】すごいよ！！がくぽさん【＋手書き】 was really random in some scenes but overall I took a liking to its randomness.. Gackpoid’s voice in the video was alright too so I guess its still good I guess..

Finally, I got to most of my projects at work which some having delayed for quite some time already.. I really don’t know if I could ever finish them in the first place.. Luckily the VOCALOID songs does entertain me when the office becomes too quiet.. Well, at least I did my job while listening to the wonderful songs.. xD

As for now, I am going to figure out the best spot to do my figureshoot this weekend.. Although I did say that I would pick the Singapore Science Centre, there could be more great places to go do the photoshoot.. Going to use GOOGLE as my friend.. X3

2008 is coming to an end and everyone is preparing themselves to welcome the new year (2009).. Well, as you know, alot of troubles/problems had happened and it affected alot of people, one way or another, including me.. Well, we are quite emotional when bad things happened to us but we do need to think positive and look ahead and try to move on as much as we can till we finally succeed.. Being emotional is good but don’t do it too often..

30 – 【MEIKO】Close My Eyes (dGOS Remix)【ReMaster】: A trance song by MEIKO herself; This song is a great remix of the song 【MEIKO】Close My Eyes 2008【オリジナル】.. Well, the original song is very smooth and relaxing that you feel relaxed while listening to the song.. For the remix song however, the song is very hip and has a very catchy tune, especially the chorus.. Do listen to it.. xD
25 – KAIKOオリジナル「subspecies」: A very nice Pop song by Kaiko, a genderbent character of Kaito.. I am very impressed with how Kaiko sounds after some modification with the pitch and other stuff to make Kaito’s original voice into Kaiko.. The music is quite interesting to listen to and I love the nice tune of the song..
24 – [初音ミク] 砂時計 [オリジナル曲]: Another great song sung by Hatsune Miku.. The song starts out very slow with the bass guitar playing along with it.. Then it transition to a nice and soothing rock song with drums and guitar joining in.. The tune is quite catchy, you will be totally mesmerized by it.. I do love the artwork of Miku in this video, very sweet-looking..
17 – 【初音ミク】Emotion＆Reason【オリジナル-PV付】: Now this is the kind of emotional song I am talking about.. Though you may find the tune of the song as Rock, the lyric is actually is a sad one.. Well, although the song is nice, I find that the Miku’s singing is abit off tune.. Well, that can be fine-tuned.. Fortunately, I do love the animation of the song.. xD
13 – 【初音ミク】「のちハレ」【オリジナル曲】: A very happy song sung by Hatsune Miku.. The beat of this song is quite wonderful, you will be enticed to listen to the whole song.. Well, I am pretty amazed by the musical keyboard playing along with the song.. The music is pretty much simple yet very joyful.. This is a song I recommend everyone to listen to.. ^^

Now let us move on to the TOP 3 songs in Vocaloid Weekly #64:

3rd Place – 初音ミク・鏡音リンオリジナル曲　「園庭想空の女少」: Well, I didn’t expect a song like this, especially an anti-version of an old song.. This is an anti-version of the song, 初音ミクオリジナル曲　「少女の空想庭園」.. Well, I don’t worry much since this song is made by the same guy cosMo(暴走P).. I do love the nice and catchy song, though I find this song slightly strange.. =_=;;
2nd Place – 【鏡音リン】炉心融解【オリジナル】: A very catchy and mezmerizing song sung by Kagamine Rin.. The song is beautifully made and I simply love the simple yet nice drum beat which plays along the song nicely.. I love Kagamine Rin’s voice during the chorus.. I do find the video very nice and cool; Really love the animation… Totally awesome..
1st Place – 初音ミクがオリジナル曲を歌ってくれたよ「初めての恋が終わる時」: Well, as expected of this great song by Ryo.. Hatsune Miku still mesmerized me whenever I listen to the song itself.. I do love how the song goes and do like the last scene which shows Miku still holding the the “Guy” she loves dearly.. Well, if someone could make a video out of this, it will be great.. ^^

Well, as said earlier on, this Vocaloid Weekly is mostly filled with emotional song, especially the TOP song, 初音ミクがオリジナル曲を歌ってくれたよ「初めての恋が終わる時」.. I do find that some of the songs really grab your attention, perhaps songs like 【鏡音リン】炉心融解【オリジナル】 or even [初音ミク] 砂時計 [オリジナル曲].. Well, those are some of the songs that I like most.. Maybe you do have other songs in the list that you will like.. xD

But I really didn’t expect to listen to a anti-version of the song 初音ミクオリジナル曲　「少女の空想庭園」 as 初音ミク・鏡音リンオリジナル曲　「園庭想空の女少」.. Oh well, at least the song is catchy and nice to listen to.. xD

Well, the festive mood is still in full swing as tonight is the final countdown to usher in the new year.. I hope I get my half-day at work (Which I hope to get really).. Oh well, I will try to do a quick post before I go down with my family to the Esplanade to catch the fireworks..

This week is another great festive season and I am feeling quite merry instead of back a few days ago when I was taking a few days hiatus due to me feeling depressed for some personal reason.. 27 – 【初音ミク】ポラリス【オリジナル曲】: A very calm, relaxing song sung by Hatsune Miku.. The calmness of the music and the slow tune playing makes this song very soothing.. It helps when you want a Hatsune Miku song to listen to when you are taking a short break lets say from work.. The chorus is quite good to listen, especially the music itself..
22 – 【初音ミクオリジナル】necrocarnival: This is one of the best song I’ve heard for this Vocaloid Weekly.. This song was released a few weeks ago and I got mesmerized by its very funky and catchy tune.. Even though the singing by Hatsune Miku is short, the awesome tune makes up for it.. Although some prefer to listen more of Hatsune Miku’s voice, this song still gets a recommendation from me.. ^^
20 – 【鏡音レン】 初めての恋が終わる時: Kagamine Len’s version of Ryo/Supercell’s latest creation, 初音ミクがオリジナル曲を歌ってくれたよ「初めての恋が終わる時」.. All I can say that Kagamine Len sings quite well in this song.. However, I shall not type more about the song since it be be quite similar to the latter’s song.. I do say that the artwork for this video is very well-made..
14 – 初音ミク　オリジナル曲　「驫麤～とりぷるばか～」fullver.: This cute and catchy song of Hatsune Miku, Akita Neru and Kasane Teto has made a comeback after a few Vocaloid Weekly.. The song is very catchy and I simply love the MOE-ness of the characters singing the song, especially Kasane Teto continuous singing near the end of the video..
05 – 【初音ミク】モーメント【オリジナル】: Also known as “Moment”, this sweet and nice song will impress you with its catchy tune.. The guitar and drum played in this song are very mesmerizing and will leave you to really listen to the whole song.. This is another song for recommendation and I placed this song in my iPod Shuffle.. ^^

Now moving on to the TOP 3 songs in Vocaloid Weekly #63:

3rd Place – 【初音ミクの本気オリジナル曲】 いつか笑顔、いつも笑顔: Another sweet song sung by Hatsune Miku.. The piano plays quite soothingly with the song.. The music is amazing, especially the chorus of the song.. Miku’s singing is nicely-composed though it can be fine-tuned further to make the whole song better.. =3
2nd Place – 初音ミクが歌うオリジナル曲→「ワールドアウトサイド」: A catchy song by Hatsune Miku.. I didn’t like the song initially but after listening to the song quite a few more times, I grew accustomed to it.. It might be how the reverb was set for this song; It makes the song sounds weird.. Apart from that, the song is quite good to listen to and I do recommend this song to everyone..
1st Place – 初音ミクがオリジナル曲を歌ってくれたよ「初めての恋が終わる時」: Ah yes, this is another great and epic song made by Ryo and Supercell.. Also known as “When Love Ends For The First Time”, this song is very nice to listen to.. The sad and emotional tune will probably get to you somehow as if you are in the whole song itself.. I did made a showcase of this song a few days back.. Click here for the post..

I am very happy that Ryo has made another great song for us to listen to.. The song 初音ミクがオリジナル曲を歌ってくれたよ「初めての恋が終わる時」 was so famous that the Rin’s version; 【鏡音レン】 初めての恋が終わる時 was released just a few days later.. This was a shocker to me as Ryo’s other songs has other Vocaloid chars rendition only a few weeks/months later.. I find this quite amazing though..

Well, at least Vocaloid Weekly #63 has some other great songs to hear such as 【初音ミク】ポラリス【オリジナル曲】 and 【初音ミク】モーメント【オリジナル】 which are emotional yet very sweet to listen to.. Well, I hope we get to see more of these songs in the next Vocaloid Weekly.. xD

Even as the hype of the End OF Year event which was held last Saturday; From cosplayers to the doujin booths lingers on in some forums and blogs, I have decided to move on to my weekly posting of the Vocaloid Weekly.. It has been a few days since I postponed this entry as I was busy photoshopping the images I took during the event.. Well, there are so many anime-related events held in Singapore this year and posting about them do result in some of the entries going into backlogs.. =_=;;

This could be an epic battle for top SPOT which is taken by 【VOCALOID】HONEY – NANAMEUE ALL☆STARS【3DPV】.. ^^

28 – 「ニコニコ☆おまじない」完成版　feat.初音ミク　【オリジナル曲】: A very cute song composed by ラマーズＰ and sung by Hatsune Miku.. It has Miku singing in the chorus, “Nico Nico Nico” which makes her sound very kawaii~.. Well, initially I thought it was “Neko Neko Neko” but the spelling is different.. Overall, I find the song very sweet.. Perhaps someone could make a Animated PV like “Triple Baka”.. ^^
20 – 【初音ミク】プラグアウト【オリジナル】: A very nice trance songs.. Also known as “Plug Out”, this song proves to be a very soothing yet has that rocking melody.. Even though it is nice, I kinda dislike the 1 minute of having to listen to the repeating tune over and over again till the singing part.. Apart from that, this song is still a good recommendation by me so do get to listen to this song.. ^^
19 – 【初音ミク×神威がくぽ】「ラストプロトコル」オリジナル曲: A duet of Hatsune Miku and Gackpoid, this song also known as “Last Protocol” has an amazing tune with the sweet melody playing in the background.. The song is nicely-composed and the duet singing by Miku and Gackpoid coincide well with one another.. I also love the artwork too, especially the costume Miku is wearing.. ^^
17 – 【初音ミク】「カナシキヒステリックガール」【オリジナル】: Now this is one of the nicest Hatsune Miku song.. The catchy tunes will mesmerize you till you would want to listen to the whole song.. The chorus was nice but, it it is made better, it will be very beautiful.. I also find some parts of the song abit off tune but that is still ok.. ^^
21 – みんなで協力して初音ミクに「笑顔」を歌ってもらった: A very sad and emotional love song by Miku.. Well, Miku’s melodic voice will makes you want to listen to this song.. The song is made simple yet eye-catching; Putting only 2 pictures which coincides with the song itself.. This song is another good recommendation too.. xD

3rd Place – 初音ミクオリジナル曲 「Message in our silence」: A very cool rock song by Hatsune Miku.. It has the nice drum beat playing in the background.. The song starts out slow and gradually increase speed with the drum and guitar coming into the song.. Another great song by ジミーサムＰ..
2nd Place – 初音ミクオリジナル曲　「ひとひらの」: This song is simply good to listen to IMO.. The catchy tune and the nice chorus would make you listen to the whole song.. The awesome and soothing music will simply mesmerize you.. It is good that it has gone up to 2nd Place from 3rd Place previously.. I recommend this song to everyone.. ^^
1st Place – 【VOCALOID】HONEY – NANAMEUE ALL☆STARS【3DPV】: What can I say more about this song? Well, this song is just pretty awesome.. The 3D work is amazing and the song is very nice to listen to.. Well, lets just hope that it will stay on on the TOP SPOT for another week then.. xD

As I listened to some of the songs, I do find them very sad and emotional, some of which almost makes me want to cry when I am feeling down.. However, there are some songs that will cheer you up and smile when you listen to them.. Songs like 「ニコニコ☆おまじない」完成版　feat.初音ミク　【オリジナル曲】 and 【VOCALOID】HONEY – NANAMEUE ALL☆STARS【3DPV】 are some of the very songs that do so..

The good thing about this Vocaloid Weekly is that they are no random songs that can be found in previous weeks.. Although I feel quite happy about it, I kinda miss the old randomness those songs make.. =_=;;

Well, after thinking about it for some time, I have decided that I will blog whenever I can, possibly everyday but will take a rest every now and then.. Reason is that I would like to catch up with reading other ppl’s blog and would love to see what great news they have..

As for now, I will get myself ready for some gaming in the latest game to hit town, Runes of Magic.. More on that later on perhaps.. ^^

With the upcoming Anime Festival Asia 08 (AFA08), I’ve decided to review the Vocaloid Weekly #58 and #59 by the end of this week.. Reason is that me and Fuzzy will be very busy preparing ourselves for the grand convention (The only convention we have to pay to enter =_=;;) from this Friday till Sunday.. I wanted to give #58 a skip (My bad this time round) but that would break the weekly tradition..

Speaking of Vocaloid Weekly #58, there are alot of weird songs that appear, some of them are hilarious while some are downright nonsensical and lame.. Most of these weird songs are related to Gackpoid, the latest character to be in Vocaloid Weekly.. Weird songs like 【神威がくぽ・鏡音レン】全裸で書いたラブレター【バナナス・PV付】 deserved to be watch even though they are weird.. xD

29 – 【鏡音リン】 SKELETON LIFE 【オリジナル】: When Ilistened to this song, I became mesmerized by the catchy tune.. This jazz (I hope it is) song as Kagamine Rin and Len singing together.. I do love the beginning of song; feels like an OP song for an anime.. Do listen to this good song.. ^^
23 – 鏡音リン　で　「とらいあんぐらー」（マクロスF）: Better known as Tringular, this song is beautifully composed (Well, music is ripped out from OST itself.. xD).. I can’t say much except that Kagamine Rin’s voice is well composed to the song itself.. But one thing I find it weird is that Kagamin Rin voice sound way off at the beginning of the song; its like she was having a bad sore throat.. Well, other than that, the song is still alright.. ^^
19 – 【ロリコム】本当に大事なのはひとつだけ【カラオケ配信決定！】: This song by LOLI.COM has made a long comeback after a few weeks of absence from the Vocaloid Weekly.. This catchy song has amazed me back then and will still amaze me… I do love how well Hatsune Miku vocals are composed in this video; her voice is very sweet.. The video is nice too; I like how they make half of the song with a black-and-white version of Miku and the next half with a coloured Miku.. xD
08 – もしも初音ミクがジオン軍の超時空シンデレラだったら: When I saw this song, I was taken aback by the total weirdness of the song.. All the characters, inclusive of Hatsune Miku and Kagamine Rin, have GAR-looking guy face.. I was shocked to see the idiotically nonsense video of the \m/^-^ act.. It is hilariously lame and I don’t think it deserved to be in TOP 10 spots.. =(
07 – 【 初音ミク ／ 桜ノ雨 】オリジナル曲: A very nice song sung by Hatsune Miku.. This sweet and soothing song catches my attention.. I went to take a listen to it and totally love it.. I do love the sakura leaves fall down while the pictures keep changing; very nice indeed.. This song can be placed in a romance story, maybe as an ED perhaps? Do listen to this song, a MUST watch..

Now onto the TOP 3 songs in the Vocaloid Weekly #58:

3rd Place – 初音ミクオリジナル曲　「少女の空想庭園」: Known in English as “The Fantastic Garden”, this song as a very nice tune to it when you listen to it.. I love how the drum is played well alongside the song.. Unfortunately, I don’t find the impact of the song during the chorus of the song.. Apart from that, the song is good.. I also like the details of the picture, nicely drawn and painted..
2nd Place – 【がくぽ】ナスが好き【オリジナル曲】: Ok, this is another weird video, but it is by Gackpoid with his EggPlant with him.. I seriously have nothing to say about the video but perhaps it is the song the catches the audience’s attention.. Nuff said.. xD
1st Place – 【鏡音リンレン】trick and treat【オリジナル曲】: Ah yes.. I knew this would happen… OSTER Project song, “Trick or Treat” is one of the best song I’ve heard so far in this Vocaloid Weekly rankings.. Not only is the song nice, it has that beautiful melody playing in the backdrop of the song.. Im still mesmerize when I listened to this song.. Well, due to OSTER Project being famous for their good songs, I think this song will stay up in TOP Spot for a few more weeks.. ^^

As said earlier on, this Vocaloid Weekly is filled with weird songs… I am still wondering how these songs manage to get to the TOP 20 rankings; even having one in 2nd Place ( 【がくぽ】ナスが好き【オリジナル曲】).. Oh well, at least some of them are still funny to watch like 【神威がくぽ・鏡音レン】全裸で書いたラブレター【バナナス・PV付】 since the video itself is nicely made.. It was hilarious seeing Gackpoid doing such things…

Apart from that, we do see a song making a long comeback, 【ロリコム】本当に大事なのはひとつだけ【カラオケ配信決定！】… This song is still the best if placed in the Vocaloid Weekly.. But yeah, it is kinda sudden for it to return after so long.. Not sure it will stay on for the next Vocaloid Weekly..

I know it is very very late for me to post about this Vocaloid Weekly #57 since I was stuck with reviewing alot of songs lately; from the new “Love is War” PV to Kurogane no Linebarrel’s “Ame Ga Furu”.. Well, since most of you would have look at Vocaloid Weekly #57 by now, I shall keep this entry short and sweet.. ^^

Well, in Vocaloid Weekly #57, we get to see alot of songs celebrating Halloween, a yearly occasion where people would dress up in ghostly costumes, visit people’s house and say “Trick or Treat”.. There are songs that will mesmerize you such as 【VOCALOIDオリ曲】ハロウィンモンスタァパーティナイト and even 【鏡音リンレン】trick and treat【オリジナル曲】.. More on them later on..

26 – 【Liwon？】初音ミクさんが歌う【ライウォン】: A very catchy Hatsune Miku song.. Although there isn’t any good video/animation, it is just a simple video of the graph playing along with Hatsune Miku’s pitch and tone when she is singing.. The music was soothing though I do prefer giving it a rock tune to make it sound more interesting.. ^^
07 – 【VOCALOIDオリ曲】ハロウィンモンスタァパーティナイト: The first Halloween song that I like in Vocaloid Weekly #57.. Even though the song went through once (no repeat of the lyrics), I do find the song very cool and interesting.. I do love it when they put all of the original Vocaloid characters to sing in the video itself..
06 – 【神威がくぽ・鏡音レン】全裸で書いたラブレター【バナナス・PV付】: Another weird video, this time only Gackpoid himself, has appeared on the Vocaloid Weekly list.. Even though it has the same weirdness as 【初音ミク】よっこらせっくす【鏡音リン・レン】, I find this song very hilarious for real.. I ROFL-ed at the part where he keeps pestering Kagamine Len.. This song is given a +1 internetz from me.. xD
05 – 初音ミクオリジナル曲 「Eve」: Another song by OneRoom, this song is made as the opposite to the song 初音ミクオリジナル曲 「Adam」.. Well, 初音ミクオリジナル曲 「Adam」isn’t really sung by any Vocaloid guys; both songs are sung by Hatsune Miku herself.. I find this two songs very unique since they talk about each other’s feeling towards the other side.. The tune for 初音ミクオリジナル曲 「Eve」 is very soothing and very relaxing.. I have added these 2 songs into my iPod Shuffle playlist..
04 – 【初音ミク】 Showered 【オリジナル曲】: A very lovely song by Hatsune Miku.. I find the song very nice and heartwarming.. I love the pretty flowers as the backdrop of the video itself.. I do love the way Hatsune Miku looks.. She looks very pretty indeed.. I seriously need to find the artist who drew her.. ^^

And now moving on to the TOP 3 songs:

3rd Place – 初音ミク「赤い実はじけた」【オリジナル曲】: One of the few Hatsune Miku songs which I love in Vocaloid Weekly #57.. This song starts out as a very monotonous tune but quickly changes to a very hip and catchy song.. I especially love the chorus, very beautifully-made with the nice tune playing along with the song.. This song is also added into my iPod since it can relieve stress during my work.. ^^
2nd Place – 【鏡音リンレン】trick and treat【オリジナル曲】: A song by the ever famous OSTER Project, I felt amazed when I listen to the song.. I find the song very mesmerizing and catchy.. I love the whole video; simple yet eye-catching.. Obviously I know this song going to get 1st Place due to its Fan-Base and their very good songs, especially this song.. A MUST to listen to this song..
1st Place – 自作音源で自作曲を演奏してみた/半導体娘計画【新番組】: A very… Educational song about making of a cute led banner of Hatsune Miku doing the Levan Polkka.. The Project in the video was called the Semicon Maiden Project which I think is the project I was talking about.. Although the video was boring, I do find the song quite nice actually.. Well, nuff said.. xD

Even though Halloween has already passed like a few days ago, I do find it that this year the special occasion was much more livelier than before.. Well, Im not sure why but more people nowadays dress up or the occasion.. Anyway, the Vocaloid Weekly is filled with nice Halloween songs, especially 【鏡音リンレン】trick and treat【オリジナル曲】.. I do hope we get to see more of those songs in the future..

Well, don’t forget about the hilarious song 【神威がくぽ・鏡音レン】全裸で書いたラブレター【バナナス・PV付】.. It was filled with hilarious moments in the video itself that I laughed almost every single time when Gackpoid do some weird and funny things.. Seriously, that song is worth watching for the lolz..

Well, this week is filled with more stuff at work so I will be writing less for this Vocaloid Weekly.. I have to research on SQL Server + Doing Ubuntu on a SPARC machine.. Those are actually interesting jobs but I need alot of time to research..

Well, thats what the Vocaloid Weekly is for.. They showcased songs that are very nice and those can help me feel relaxed when I am working.. Well, I need to sign off now.. Will do the Vocaloid Weekly #58 earlier than this.. x.X

It is a new beginning for a new month where most people wish for new things to do, including me.. In this month, I got held up by the Kaleidoscope event that I totally forgot about the Vocaloid Weekly.. Another thing is my job.. No complains there but being at home only at 7pm doesn’t really help me in doing some long blog entries.. However, Kaleidoscope satisfy me with such beautiful artworks..

So in this week Vocaloid Weekly, we still get to more new songs by Hatsune Miku and the Kagamine Twins, though they are sad and emotional songs like those from Vocaloid Weekly #55.. Songs like 【初音ミク】solitude【オリジナル曲】and 【鏡音レン】soundless voice 【オリジナル】 can bring you to tears as their songs are very touching yet have that sad feeling to them.. More on them below.. ^^

30 – [初音ミク]僕みたいな君　君みたいな僕[オリジナル曲]: A very cool song sung by Hatsune Miku.. The rhythmic sound of the drum beating together with the music will entice you to listen to it.. Furthermore, the song sounds catchy, together with Miku’s great singing makes this song a must hear.. ^^
27 – 【初音ミク】solitude【オリジナル曲】: A very emotional slow rock song.. I do love how they start the song slow with just the music playing, which then have the drum beating slowly and later on the guitar joining in as well.. I find this song amazing, especially the chorus where the tune sounds so beautiful.. I also like the Hatsune Miku art in the video, she looks very cute.. xD
17 – 【鏡音レン】soundless voice 【オリジナル】: Sung by Kagamine Len, this emotional song can bring you to tear after you listen to it, especially when you are feeling down.. Other than the Kagamine Len fans going wild over this song, you will find this song very melodic till you want to listen to it again.. Kagamine Len’s voice is well-made in this song and I must say, this is the first Kagamine Len’s song (Solo) that I like.. Hope to have more on the Kagamine Twins in the future..
13 – 【初音ミク・鏡音レン】litania【twinkle×ウタP】: Oho.. This song is very amazing indeed… This song is a song sung by the Kagamine Twins and also Hatsune Miku… The catchy tune and beautiful is simply mesmerizing.. When I first hear this song I thought this was a song for a RPG game or those adventure-based anime.. I like how the whole PV rotates like a clock, showing different kind of pictures according to how the song is being played..
05 – サイハテ ～バラードアレンジ～ VO 初音ミク: Most people who listen to Vocaloid Weekly will surely know what song is this,just that the song has been slowed down to a nice, soothing music.. Well, I am very happy that they still keep the Hatsune Miku voice intact even after the conversion from fast to slow.. I kinda like the art of Hatsune Miku in this video; Must have it.. ^^;;

Moving on to the TOP 3 songs in this week Vocaloid Weekly:

3rd Place – 【初音ミク】よっこらせっくす【鏡音リン・レン】: I have nothing more to say about this song already.. -_-;;
2nd Place – 初音ミク　が　オリジナル曲を歌ってくれたよ「メルト」: Wow.. Also known as Meltz, this song by Ryo is now in TOP 3 position.. Meltz used to my favourite until I got bored of it (Well, who doesn’t get bored listening to a song 1000 times.. xD ).. The tune is very catchy and the beautifully-made music will entice you to listen to the whole song, even after so long in Vocaloid Weekly.. Due to this, I am gonna listen to it another 1000 times.. xD
1st Place – 【鏡音レン】雨を連れゆく（コラボ）【オリジナル】: A great song by Kagamine Len which deserved another week in TOP Spot of Vocaloid Weekly.. The song sounds very mesmerizing and the tune of the song is so soothing to listen to that you want to listen to this song again.. I also like the animation in this video; simple yet spectacular.. This song shall be placed in my iPod Shuffle… ^^

As stated above, this week Vocaloid Weekly is filled with mostly sad and emotional songs that while amaze you, it will still makes you want to cry because of how beautiful the songs are made.. Songs like サイハテ ～バラードアレンジ～ VO 初音ミク, 桜の季節 -Separation-【初音ミク】(オリジナル) or even 【初音ミク】solitude【オリジナル曲】deserved to go to the TOP 3 songs and kick the song 【初音ミク】よっこらせっくす【鏡音リン・レン】out of the list..

Seriously, i find 【初音ミク】よっこらせっくす【鏡音リン・レン】now actually boring and plain creepy.. I wonder whats entertaining about the song.. Well, at least we have 初音ミク　が　オリジナル曲を歌ってくれたよ「メルト」 in the TOP 3 spots.. Ouh well, we should catch Vocaloid Weekly #57 to see the new changes.. xD

Since this is a new month, I shall place some time in cleaning up some of the clutter in the sidebar of the site.. And I would like to apologise to everyone for posting this Vocaloid Weekly entry late.. As stated, I got hooked onto the Kaleidoscope event.. Oh well, at least I got something in return.. xD

I’ve also heard about an upcoming Karaoke event this weekend.. Sadly, I don’t think I can make it because I have to help out in my cousin’s wedding.. -_-;; I seriously miss those days when I am free almost everyday.. Anyway, hope you enjoy the songs.. Vocaloid Weekly #57 will be up soon.. ^^

Nearing the end of October, it seems that there are alot of good things are going to happen. Examples are the upcoming X08 game show, the weekend “Beach” Photoshoot and perhaps attending the free movie screening of “Dead Space: Downfall” Animated Movie.. More about those later on..

Well, that doesn’t help since my laptop, Stellar died in front of me recently.. Although the data is still safe, it is still boring not having to watch anime and read manga since this isn’t my laptop currently.. This is a very sad news indeed… Speaking of which, it is the same for this week Vocaloid Week since most of the songs are sad and emotional songs like 【初音ミク】Ｃｕｒｓｅｄ　Ｐａｉｎ【オリジナル】 and 桜の季節 -Separation-【初音ミク】(オリジナル)..

30 – SPICE！【鏡音レンオリジナル】: A song sung by Kagamine Len.. This pop song will leave you wanting for more since the tune is so beautifully made and his voice is kinda cool.. However, I don’t like the picture.. Looks weird for Kagamine Len.. I wonder whose hand is he licking.. o.O For those Kagamine fans out there, this song will amaze you..
22 – 【KAITO】メタル演歌～七光り三度笠～【メタルマクベス】: The most awesome Kaito song in this week Vocaloid Weekly.. The song is a mix of traditonal Japanese music mix with Rock tunes.. The song will mesmerize and even awe some people listening to this short song (2:54mins).. I love how the song starts with Gackpoid strumming his guitar.. One of my best music this week Vocaloid Weekly.. Waves FTW!! xD
20 – 【初音ミク】(再)Chip Tears【オリジナル曲】: A song by Hatsune Miku, more precisely an 8-bit Miku.. This Techno-Pop music will leave you wanting to dance along with the music.. The lyrics are very catchy and very refreshing indeed.. I like how artistic the music video is, simple yet looks very nice.. Funny thing is that I could see some flash motion tweens being played even when the song is paused.. -_-;; Another nice song for recommendations..
19 – 【初音ミク】solitude【オリジナル曲】: A very sad song by Hatsune Miku.. The song can leave some feeling emotional, especially when they are already down.. But dont let this song dishearten you.. The chorus is beautiful and the music is very soothing.. I also love the video, nicely done.. ^^
05 – 桜の季節 -Separation-【初音ミク】(オリジナル): Another sad song by Hatsune Miku.. I like how she sings very beautiful with the tune of the song, very classical indeed.. Not to mention the sound of the musical keyboard playing in the background.. I simply love the chorus of the song, very dramatic indeed.. And I like the tune of the flute playing during the chorus, it will make you want to listen to it again.. ^^

Moving on to the TOP 3 songs in this week Vocaloid Weekly:

3rd Place – 鏡音レンオリジナル曲　「鏡音レンの暴走（LONG VERSION）」: A very nice song being pushed back to 3rd place.. It is such a pity that it couldn’t stay on TOP Spot for one more week.. The lyrics are awesome and I do like the chorus of the song.. A pretty good song compared to the next song which I am going to tell you later.. Well, I am still thankful that it manages to hang on in TOP 3 rankings.. I hope this song will go up in rankings again.. ^^
2nd Place – 【初音ミク】よっこらせっくす【鏡音リン・レン】: I have nothing good to say about this song anymore.. I still wonder why this song still manages to cling on to 2nd Place for a few weeks already.. Well, lets just another song just kick this one by next Vocaloid Weekly.. Nuff said.. -_-;;
1st Place – 【鏡音レン】雨を連れゆく（コラボ）【オリジナル】: A very unique song sung by Kagamine Len.. I love how the song starts out very slow and eventually picks up abit of speed with a medieval tune playing along.. The song is so mesmerizing, it’ll tempt you to listen to the whole song.. The chorus was nice but, it it is made better, it will be very beautiful.. The art in the video is nicely made, it looks very detailed.. I recommend this song to everyone and I have placed this song into my iPod Shuffle.. ^^

Wow,it is quite rare to see a new range of songs in Vocaloid Weekly.. A quick change from happy, rocking good songs to a sad and emotional tunes in just one week.. Songs like 【初音ミク】solitude【オリジナル曲】 and 【初音ミク】Ｃｕｒｓｅｄ　Ｐａｉｎ【オリジナル】 does make you want to cry but songs like 桜の季節 -Separation-【初音ミク】(オリジナル) will still want you to ask for more..

Well, it is good to see that 鏡音レンオリジナル曲　「鏡音レンの暴走（LONG VERSION）」 is still in TOP 3 positions due to its random nd speedy singing in the music itself.. The song is sounds and looks beautiful unlike 【初音ミク】よっこらせっくす【鏡音リン・レン】 which I find abit confusing on how it can still be in 2nd Place for I think 3 weeks consecutively.. Oh well, lets hope that song won’t be in Top 3 by next Vocaloid Weekly..

Already past the 1 week mark, Kyouran Kyodai looks abit better compared to when it was up and running on it’s first day.. Although there are still some glitches and bugs to fix, I hope that you will ll get to enjoy reading through the entries.. We are still in the midst of modifying the PHP codes so that our site is more user-friendly..

Well, I am not sure about the “Beach” photoshoot this Saturday.. I just remembered about the X08 Games Convention held at Marina Square.. Such a waste if I didnt attend such grand event.. But I am still unsure about skipping the figure shoot.. -_-;;
